I have bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, range and exhaust hood from Hamiltons. They take the guess work out of appliance shopping!
Hamilton''s customer service is the best we've seen. Last Thanksgiving our gas stove decided to give up the ghost. We hit the McLaughlin store, full of panic, family in town, the folks at Hamilton''s had just what we needed. We bought the stove, got it home, they saved the Turkey.
We haves purchased a number of appliances from Hamiltons over the years and have been impressed with their knowledgeable service, prices and quality. We plan to do business with them again.
I have purchased so many appliances from Hamilton's. Some, they don't even sell anymore. What appliance store delivers your purchase on a Christmas eve and sets it up (TV and VCR) so that you can use it? Well, Hamilton did and I will always be grateful and will always shop there for my appliances.
Over the past year we bought a stand up freezer and then a washer and dryer set here. Sales people were helpful and not pushy, delivery was easy and on time, and in general we were very happy with everything!!
I have purchased a dishwasher and a dryer from Hamilton's. They beat everyone in price and delivery service. I believe when replacing an appliance, you should go up a step until you reach the top of the line. Hamilton's has top of the line brands and they are very helpful with choosing the right appliance.
I always like doing business in my own community and for almost 40 years I have been doing business with Hamilton's Appliance. My most recent purchase was last March 2016. I purchased a washer and dryer. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. They took lots of time to answer all my questions and didn't pressure me to hurry up and make a decision. I am very happy with my appliances and with the service I got at Hamilton's. I will definitely go back again and again.
