RecommendedMy partner has shopped at Hamilton's for over 30 years, so she insisted that we head over there, since it's time to replace the ailing fridge we inherited when we bought our home. Martin took us around the floor, listened to our needs, and got us thoroughly acquainted with the 4-5 models that suited us - then he gave us the space to make the final selection. We're very happy with the courteous and professional treatment we received, and feel assured that this was a good choice.
I recently bought a washer/dryer set from Hamilton's. After a horrific experience when buying a fridge last year from Sears I was pleased to have a thoroughly pleasant experience here. They were knowledgable yet not pushy. Delivery was on time and done efficiently. And, compared to the other store cost of delivery and installation was so reasonable. I will never shop for large appliances anywhere else. Lesson learned.
Working with Martin was so gratifying- he was patient, kind and very efficient in helping us design and buy our kitchen appliances and our washer dryer! Did a house call/bid, too. Great service and reasonable prices that are competitive. Thank you!
In the last year we have had to purchase a new microwave, range, dishwasher, & just yesterday a washing machine. Hamilton’s is always wonderful, awesome customer service, great prices, local, & overall just friendly people to work with. We have worked with Chris & most recently Joe, they were both wonderful. Highly recommend everything about Hamilton’s!
Suddenly needed a new freezer today. Home Depot was sold out and referred me to Hamilton’s. Love when a company will do that, and what a blessing it was. Martin answered my call, checked on if they had what I was looking for, and called me back. Beyond helpful, we processed everything on the phone, and then he went above and beyond. Knowledgable , helpful, professional.. and fresh baked cookies. I didn't know refrigerator garage kits were a thing. Neither did the guy at the big box store. Everyone was great, answered our questions, even ones we didn't know we had. Thanks Hamiltons!
