Been a resident for about 3 months now. When touring the premise in July we noticed that there were pools of water on the decks, but the manager who toured us said they were going to take care of it, implying that the decks would be fixed in some way to prevent water from pooling. Fast forward to our first few weeks in our new apartment, the decks not only pool water near the drainage from very slight rainfall, they completely flood several inches all the way up to the sliding glass doors when there is regular to heavy rain.... read more

Despite that we love how beautiful this building is, living here has become a challenge... SO MANY things to arrange that honestly right now is not worth to live here. All of the complains are "kindly ignored" and I cannot recommend a place like this to others.

if you read any review on the Hamilton, this is the one! the rent prices say otherwise but this building is far from luxury. dozens of residents are frustrated with the absence of management, lack of building security, construction delays etc. the vibes here are bad and there's really no sense of community. my experience living at the Hamilton thus far: - move in was a nightmare. construction was two months delayed and after staying in hotels for two weeks the Hamilton put us in a temporary unit in the building while we wait... read more

I scheduled a room-tour appointment a week ago. Today at 4:40pm I received information that “there was calendar conflict” and they are cancelling my appointment, offering me to come at Saturday, ignoring the fact, that I am in Florida till Friday. I was making tight schedule for room tours, and they had 6 days to figure it out, but they just don’t care. This is an example of negligence of the management. From the bottom of my heart, I hope you do not move here. The development looks one way in pictures, in a tour, etc; however, looks can be (and are) deceiving. The building is still under major construction. Construction staff is not deferential to residents. Two elevators work and have been covered in plywood since September. The pool is not available during the week nor during the day oSaturday. Parking pass does not open the garage gate so I park outside despite paying for underground parking. Mail lockers do not work.
