Bought brand new crv 2019 oil level was way over max took it for service they said lever was ok and changed oil only 400 miles on car so why change the oil brought it home 2. Day I checked oil and it’s above max again
Quality of service has gone down significantly.. Two times had issues. First time they said they have to replace wipers and charged. But when I checked later 1 or 2 day later it was still old. Complained, I did not get any response on that. Last time I had little less than half gas tank, but when out of service center I see low gas warning showing up already. I purchased a car from this facility in 2016. The 2015 model car I had purchased had sat on the lot and developed flat spots in the tires, unbeknownst to me. The car never drove correctly from day one. I brought the car in twice within the first 10 days of purchasing complaining of vibration issues while going over 40 mph. I called the dealer several times and no one could help me. I left countless messages. Poor customer service and penny pushers. They challenge warranties. Slow to return calls. Horrible piggish mannerism by service management. Go elsewhere.
