So, I purchased a used car from this place in April everything was fine when I got it, a month later ( May ) I was driving on the highway with my 2 children and my car started to break down it wasn't going fast or accelerating at all !! My check engine light came on on Sunday so I knew no one was open, so I call first thing on Monday morning and spoke with ****** The best service advisor ever she told me not to worry she will find out what was wrong, she told me to bring the the car in and shell get it diagnosed asap as possible and she did. Thats again ****** for taking care of my baby.
AFTER BRINGING MY WIFE'S HONDA ODYSSEY IN FOR AN ENGINE LIGHT. THE MECHANIC TOLD US THE *** NEEDED THE HEAD REMOVED AND NEW ORINGS INSTALLED,TEH SPOOL VALVE NEED REPLACED, NEW SHOCKS AND NE BRAKES ON THE ****** AND SOME OTHER RAMDOM **** THAT TOTALLED OVER $7000. The car I was interested in, the Civic Sedan was advertised at $22,915 with $3,099 due at lease signing for $209 per month for 36 months which includes the down payment, no security deposit; excludes tax, title, license, and dealer fees. Just purchased a new 2022 Honda Pilot Black edition. After 2 days, we noticed there was rust on both front wheel spindles. We took the car to the service department so they could recoat the wheel spindles. Company is only selling cars above mrsp. They won't take any fees off that aren't needed to be there and are there to price *****. And they aren't negotiating anymore bc of covid and "chip shortages". This dealership is ment to bleed you dry. Honestly extremely immoral and feels illegal to me. The employee today stated "we only sell cars above mrsp now". Terrible dealership.

Unethical and fraudulent practices. After a 3 year lease, during a lease buyout, Hamilton Honda dealership, **, upcharged the buyout of the vehicle to include a "lot fee" of $1,300 in ******** to the standard $699 document processing fee. This is my second car purchased through Hamilton Honda. I love this place. 4 years ago I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I came in for a scheduled Oil Change and ran across Zack ******in the Show room. I told Zack to show me some 2018 Accords on the lot and let's look at numbers. I recently (06 Dec 2019) purchased a 2020 Honda Accord EX-L 2.0T sedan from Hamilton Honda. So far (only 500 miles of driving) the car and the initial selling experience have been without incident. I would recommend Hamilton Honda but of course all buyers should be aware that the dealer is not in business to lose money. Therefore bring your fat checkbook, don't purchase spurious extras, and enjoy the ride.
