I bought my truck from them in March of this year and at first and throughout the experience was , as expected. I came to test drive the truck as I was company driving and in the area. The truck was beautiful! Clean, shining, with brand new tires that I spent many minutes digging the driveways white rocks out of the groove patterns. I left the truck there for 3 weeks before I was able to come pick it up and it was at that time I noticed all the tires had been changed and was even missing a chrome lug nut cover.
