My service advisor Lee Moss is the best. I've had him for years with three Hondas. He is the reason I stayed with Honda for my new car.

The oil change is a gold mine to the pocket but I hope it’s worth it that oil better dam good making my car run good wait time is more worse than the theme park 2 hrs wait

I love my car but you talking about pressure. I feel if someone tells you they want to think about it for the fourth or fifth time you should back off. Not put on more pressure. I take full responsibility for my part. I should have stood my ground more but after a long day, I just was not thinking at my best. I would not refer anyone to this dealership Vultures waiting on Prey. Go somewhere else.

Great service, customer is at center. was a great car buying experience, even after we changed mind half way thru the buying process, Simon and Frank were so gracious and kind to me - the kind of stuff you don't forget and come back for. Thank you Simon, Frank, Esmeralda, Mike and everyone else.

Worst dealership ever!! Had my car for three days and didn’t catch that two other coolant hoses were ready to spring a leak. Only fixed the current problem. Instead they charged me too much and put me back into an unsafe car only to have the other hoses go 5 days later. I barely made it to the other dealership. Do not have your car serviced here!

Hamer Honda personnel are very professional in accommodating their clients; I’ve a first-hand experience on their hospitality, especially, Hosseini, who patiently attended to my purchase of a Honda unit on Sunday (03/18/2018). I highly recommend this Honda dealer for everyone who like to be treated as a real customer!

Terrible Honda service!!! Day-time LED driving light went out after 2 yrs ONLY (which service tech admitted being a known issue with no Honda recall). LED light can not be replaced , so headlight assembly need to be replaced. Headlight assembly costs 1300!!!! Bought extended warranty for 8yr/72k when the car was purchased for nothing as this is NOT covered in the warranty.
