I gave Dr. Santos a 5, because I could give her a 10. Absolutely the best eye doctor I've ever been to. She takes the time to explain everything and is an excellent listener as well. It's clear that she really cares about her patients. Her staff are all top notch as well. Very friendly, thorough and helpful in setting up appointments, checking prescriptions when you pick them up, and following up when needed. Simply the best!
