Yesterday was my first visit and I was so impressed with this practice. You are made to feel totally comfortable. The minute you walk in you are made to feel like family. Doctor Santos explained everything in medical language I could understand. My concerns about Macular were put to rest. The office is spotless and her employees are so professional and very helpful. They look for different ways to save you out of pocket expense. I recommend this practice for all your eye needs.

Everything about my experience at Hamburg Vision Center was excellent. Dr. Santos was thorough, professional, and so great in every way...especially with my 7-year-old daughter! Her reception staff was pleasant and the office is gorgeous. It was such a pleasure to interact with Dr. Santos as she took extra time to help determine a solution for my daughter’s vision issues and questions. We drove from Cynthiana to see Dr. Santos and will gladly do so again and again.
My 5-year-old had her first eye exam yesterday. She was very nervous, but that faded quickly as Dr. Santos and her staff made my daughter feel totally comfortable. They all spoke to her about things she was interested in and made her feel so special. She has declared that Dr. Santos is her friend now and she wants to keep her updated on all the things our Elf on the Shelf does. We will be back!
I had another great exam by Dr. Santos yesterday. She goes above and beyond to explain any issues you are having and always answers questions thoroughly. She has an extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. I've needed corrective lenses for almost 50 years and have been to many eye doctors. Karen is, by far, the best! I have never felt pressured to spend money on something I may not need. Truly an honest and outstanding practice!
I had an exceptional experience today at Hamburg Vision Center! Being in medical practice management myself, I am always secretly observing new practices I visit. Dr. Santos is absolutely amazing!! Strongly recommend. Hannah immediately welcomed me and made me feel right at home. She took her time to help me find the best frames for my face. They don’t sell you glasses to sell you glasses. They truly want you feel beautiful in what you have on and comfortable in your own skin. Never have I been to a place that really cared about their patients.
