Lived here for almost a year and can say with confidence that this place is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in. Management is borderline negligent - maintenance emergency option on their phone line goes straight to leasing. I called the for the maintenance dept regarding water leaking and burning hazardous smell coming from my A/C. Was rudely told by a leasing agent that she would not place a work order. The leasing team here is very attentive and knowledgeable of the building. Alex goes above and beyond to help with any issue that I ask and he is so helpful. The other staff are nice as well.
