I have been living here for about 2 years now and I will start with the positive. Management since has changed and I think things are getting a better. The leasing office is super helpful and respond quickly to concerns. Maintenance is amazing! They are super helpful, respectful and really do their job well. Juan is amazing!! I’ve been living at The Skyline for two years now, and ever since the new management took over, it’s been a complete disaster. The way they handle and distribute the bills is beyond confusing and inconsistent. The manager is usually dismissive. It’s honestly frustrating trying to speak with her. The only reason I’m not giving this place zero stars is because of Matilda, one of the newer managers. She’s respectful actually listens to people.
Not happy about the roaches! They are all over the lobby and elevators and eventually will be invading the homes as a few have already been spotted. The rent is too high to be living in such horrible circumstances. The apartments are beautiful but this has hindered the experience of being here. I am embarrassed to invite people over.
