RecommendedIf your looking for great customer service, friendly staff, and just a welcoming environment in general, I highly recommend Taylor Kia. Not only did Brett Longstaff get me in an affordable vehicle for the second time but he also did an amazing job answering all the questions my 6 year old had! This may have been the best car buying experience we've had to date! We had been looking into a Telluride for several weeks but when we realized the new Kia Carnivals hit the lots we reached out to Frank Boucher Kia. I shopped around for a certain Kia Sportage that I was interested in. Crowley Kia had exactly what I was looking for and offered it for the best price of anywhere in CT. Brandon was very patient answering all of my questions, very helpful in helping me get the heated seats I wanted installed before pickup and a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Crowley Kia to my friends.
Great service and friendly staff. Only disappointment was that the service consultant who helped me, Jaime, said he would call me the next day to let me know if another issue I repoted was covered by warranty. He never called me back.
