There are no words to describe how horrible the customer service is at hallberg. From day 1 buying a brand new boat and to present day... worst service ever. Dean is terrible. So many stories about him not enough space to type. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. Sure wish we would have.
DO NOT GO HERE !!! I brought in my boat last year for a new windshield and they replaced it with a thin sheet of plastic. I had to bring it back 6 times and it's still not right. They agreed to provide an oil change & flush the lower unit to make up for their horrible service and instead took off all the hoses & plugs and said come get it. Read the Better Business reviews on Hallberg! They do not stand behind any of the work and charge $10 on all invoices as a service fee even if they outsource the entire job. STAY AWAY!
Have been here twice with serious intentions of buying a new boat... and both times never had any sales come up to us to see if we had questions etc... they must not want to sell boats.. that's ok, we'll buy one some place else ... too bad I couldn't put zero stars...
What a joke - waited in line outside for 1/2 hour for "customer appreciation" event that was supposed to start at 6 - so much for that
I called 5 times this week to try to get through to parts and never got through. Tonight when I tried to tell the phone operator of my displeasure with that fact she hung up on me three times. I will never buy another thing from them!!!
5 years rebuilding my boat every time I've ever called this place for the parts department unable to get through too busy to pick up the fucking phone receptionist never patches me through tells me to call back another time
