When I walked into Hallberg and began walking around the show rooms I liked that I didn’t have a pushy sales person following me around and that I could take my time looking at each boat. When I was ready I went and found a salesman “randy” who was honest, kind and not pushy at all. The same goes for the finance person wally. The financing process was quick and efficient and now we are the owners of a brand new bayliner. Couldn’t be happier.

Hallberg is the type of honest, old-school business you think doesn't exist anymore. They offer used boats with NO sales pressure and FULLY stand behind their product. We totally recommend them! In September 2019 I purchased a used pontoon from Hallberg Marine and the Sales Team are totally awesome, more specifically Andrew and Mike! From the initial introductions to the final sale Andrew created a Fantastic Customer Experience that I have to applaud his devotion of living the dream at Hallberg Marine. I rate Andrew and Mike a 5 plus Star rating as top notch no pressure salesmanship! Keep up the Great Work Andrew and Mike!
Just called to see if they had a part on hand for my boat. Lady who answered said our parts desk is “too busy to take phone calls”. Okay.. She then said that I could just come in and see. Well that’s a 2 hour drive round trip just to SEE if they have a part. She didn’t offer to take a message and call back or anything. Just told me they were too busy to help. Have never been there and now I will never go in the future.
I have stored my boats and had them winterized at Hallberg for the last 6-7 years. I had scheduled to pick up my pontoon today, but there is a gale force wind warning of 45-55 mph. I asked if I could pick it up tomorrow instead and they told me that I would have to pay for an extra day on trailer rental. Seriously! They are telling me I have to pick up a 24’ pontoon on a scissors lift and drop it in today in gale force winds or I’m going to be charged an extra day of rental charges for the trailer.
