Do not rent storage space from them. It is not secure even with gates! Our trailer was stolen. Dark, secluded area-all we got was a “sorry”
Had a great experience buying my boat here. Stephanie in the sales department was great, friendly and easy to talk to. Didn’t try to up sell me either. Dave in the service department has been great to me if I’ve ever had any questions or small problems with my boat always has taken the time to help me.
Customer service is horrible. Couldn't believe how rude the woman was who "helped" us was.
Just called to see if they had a part. The person wouldn't even attempt to help. told me to call back later because they were too busy.
We purchased a new pontoon (our first). From start to finish we received friendly, no pressure, great service. They clearly wanted to understand our needs and worked to meet them. We also appreciate this family-owned business' generous philanthropy to the arts in their community. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
