Terrible customer service
Do NOT go to Hallberg Marine! I purchased the spring start up and I was told everything was great when actually it’s not great. They sell false report. I don’t believe they actually did the job. Stay away from the service department.

Shop somewhere else. They guys are the most arrogant people I have ever met. On top of that they charge a 20% restock fee for returning motor parts. Like they don't make enough money anyway! I will never shop there ever again and I would advise you to go elsewhere. I will drive three times farther to get my marine needs filled. Horrible...
I am very disappointed with a recent experience with the service department. I dropped my boat off for repairs and storage last fall. I was then billed for repairs that were very obviously not done. In addition, my Bimini light was bent into the motor cover resulting in scuffs and scratches. Hallberg completed the repairs no apologies..but would not accept responsibility to fix the scratches on my motor cover. I was just blown away by their arrogance and defiance. Had a great experience buying our Premier pontoon. Adam the salesman was super awesome...Hope we don't need a pontoon anytime soon, but...if we did we would go to back to Hallbergs...They are the "Best" in the business. Thank you again!

I called Hallberg Marine today and after several attempts to reach the service department, I was finally connected to someone from that department. I explained that my 1995 Larson I/O was in need of service to get it ready for the boating season. Their answer, "we don't work on engines that old'. I am extremely disappointed in that answer. I had intended to shop the floor for a new pontoon. Not now. Not ever.
Great staff! It's a family business that makes you feel like family, hands down best boat dealer in the state!
