Bad experience.. wish I never bought my car from this dealership. All they sell are used rental cars from all over the country mainly the rust belt.. Unfortunately, I did not know that when I bought my car, didn’t even come with a tire changing kit, unfortunately found that out after I blew the tire a few weeks later. Dealership wouldn’t even provide me, that mandatory piece of equipment even though I paid all cash for my car. I not be buying another car from them in the future. Do not recommend zero out of 10..
While the people responded ok ...their knowledge of what they're selling is laughable in my opinion.. and I feel they really knew how to deal with a person who said give your best offer..well their best offer was about $ 200.00 off list.. I walked from them, they called later. I made a deal with someone else, now they wanted to price match that deal... wow.. all Hall had to do is make a good faith offer..but noooooo! Still had to play the game.. you lost a cash buy..
