I contacted Hall Toyota for a simple Techstream customization on my 2018 Prius Prime. I needed to disable the Smart Key Lockout Prevention so I could lock my doors while the engine is running. This is a common request for delivery drivers and easily done using Toyota's own software. Even after I explained the safety concern and confirmed it was possible, their team gave me the runaround and refused to help.
