Awful, incompetent and unprofessional. I went in to get my car serviced at 20,000 miles. It was supposed to be an oil change and tyre rotation. They told me I needed to get an alignment done ($150) and fuel injection cleaning ($250) at 20k miles. They had sent me a video showing even tyre wear across all tyres so the alignment was not even needed. They were trying to upsell to me.
