Excellent food and very friendly. Just wish it didn't take 15 minutes to get to you when you sit down for dining service then take thirty minutes to receive your food. Again, the food is great and we really appreciate the gf options, but plan for a time commitment when you pan to eat here.
Three strikes and youre out. Ive tried to support this local business but I may as well go to McDonalds. Food qualitys remained low yet prices have gone up twice since I started trying it out a year ago. Theres always a huge level of confusion with employees whenever I place orders for pickup, which doesnt surprise me, as any time Ive gone in theres consistently one person scrambling to do all the work. i waited 15 minutes for a prepackaged container of pizza dough and there was only one table of patrons in the entire restaurant. while waiting i watched the two front of house workers just hang out and have a conversation. if this were an isolated incident i'd write it off to a bad night but this has been my experience over several visits. we've emailed our concerns after each incident and never received a single response from management. we had high hopes but after the third strike i'm giving up. truly a shame. could be a g... read more
