I used KBB to find my value of my truck. They sent me an offer from Hall express. I accepted. Adam reached out to me the next morning and helped me set up an appointment. When I arrived I pulled straight in the bay and Jeff greeted me. He did a fast appraisal and started the paperwork. I was very satisfied with selling my truck to them. Very straight forward, professional and friendly. If you're looking for a place to buy or sell a vehicle to I would definitely start with Hall. They do go the extra mile!

We wanted to find out how much our vehicle was worth, so we got a KBB instant offer. Hall Pre-Owned said it came in low, and asked us to bring it in for an appraisal. We did, and Jeff came back to us with an offer for several thousand more — which we took him up on. The first half of the equity check came in a couple of days after signing the paperwork, and although we were told the second half would come 2-3 weeks later, we got it much sooner than that. Devin our sales person was fantastic. But the others we encountered were not very friendly with their customer service. Devin is the only reason I would recommend this dealership. Other than him I would say I wouldn't recommend coming here.
