Me and Daughter went to buy a Vehicle excellent price but the Finance Mgr. Mr. Hobson had horrible customer service skills. we rated them on Survey and received a call from Eric (Salesman) he said I set him back because of our review. I told him to get his Money from Mr. Hobson. I then filed a report with customer service. received call from the Regional Mgr. and he apologized for their actions since it was video taped and recorded for him to see. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. My need came from totaling my other car. They were able to take what has been a very stressful situation for me and completely turn it around. My Salesman was Eric and he was super easy going and great to work with.
