Quick to respond however the sales women was young and inexperienced, every question I had she couldn’t answer and/or needed to ask the manager for help. Was told the car had no warranty/as is. I wanted to make an offer and was told when I’m ready to buy we could discuss numbers. At this point I felt she was playing games with me. I made an offer anyway and the next day cargurus notification advised the car sold.
Dealer was Ready to help. I am waiting for price to drop.

My husband and I found a used car online through ********that was at Hall Nissan. We got in contact with a sales manager, Trey, and he said the car was in Elizabeth City and could have it in Chesapeake the following day. He contacted us the next day and said the car was at the dealership. They were very responsive to my unique situation (I was traveling at the time I saw the listing for their vehicle, but very interested) They sent me a short video showing me the interior of two of the cars (two different colors were available). I drove almost 2 hours to purchase my used Armada. On the drive home when we reduced speed you could hear something that didn't sound right. This was on a Sunday night after closing. When the salesman called the next day to check on things, I shared and the response was it is a used vehicle. I emailed the manager of the dealership twice before restoring to this. We test-drove 3 cars on two separate days with the same salesman. The salesman texted me to notify me of a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder I could test-drive that had just arrived from a trade-in (so there was no internet price). My family came that day to test-drive it.
