Horrible experience! Amazing how, I bet if I had my husband, father, or father in law with me, I guarantee it would have been a completely different experience. Thanks to Mr. Jordan & Mr. Champ, I am now the driver of the vehicle I’ve ALWAYS wanted! Their service was absolutely the BEST!! Above and beyond is an understatement for the sales dept... I only had a little hiccup when picking up my car after my pro pack was applied with multiple calls saying different pick up times, but that was immediately corrected. I bought my first new Nissan Sentra at battlefield. But car was in accident and it should have total. I had several services but no one said a word that my car was still damage. Making the story short Micheal Martin was on point. Today, I have a brand new 2018 Nissan Sentra SV with all the bells and wisol. I felt like everyone involved was so concern and understanding. Do not ever go to #HallNissan. Their service dept will screw you over. They lied to me on the phone when scheduling my appt. They lied when they told me about the wait. They lied about what needed to be fixed to pass inspection. They lied to me (to get me to spend more money than was necessary)and then tried to tell my husband something completely different when he walked in. They lied when we got it fixed and wouldn't let me just get a recheck. Do not take your car there!
