I had my first visit with Dr. Hank and I was so happy with the level of friendliness and professionalism. Coming from a bad experience at my previous Gynecologist, Dr. Hank explained this very well and made me feel very comfortable. The staff is also amazing. I am so glad I found out about their office and finally think I found a doctor that is helpful.

I have been a patient here for 4 years. Dr. Hank is professional, caring and one of the best Doctors I have ever had. He takes as much time as needed to answer questions and discuss concerns or issues. All of his staff are friendly, helpful and caring. This is an excellent practice, I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with my care at NWH. One time five minutes before the office was closed I was going through a lot of pain and the told me they would stay there until I made it in. There's always wanting to make sure you're ok and even if you're late for an appointment or if youve missed your appointment they try their best to get you in either the same day or as soon as possible. This will be my second child that would be delivered by Dr Bev

Dr. Hank's clerical staff is awful. Not friendly. Rude on the phone. Not informed. I took my teenage daughter to see him and she was seen by a nurse instead. The billing person sent the bill to my teenage daughter IN HER NAME! By the time I realized what was being done they sent a $69 balance to a collection agency. I paid that and called back for her follow-up appt. Receptionist told me that as her mother I could not make her appt - she would have to make it herself. Ndlovu Women's Health delivered both my daughter and my son. I always feel very comfortable with both Dr. Hank and Dr. Beverly and the nurses and staff are very helpful, knowledgable, and nice. My pregnancy with my son had some complications and NWH made me feel at ease and always seemed on top of everything, sending me for extra tests and monitoring things closely. In the past 3 years, Dr. Hank and Dr. Bevery Ndlovu have cared for me and delivered both of my sons. When I have an appointment, I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes before I am seen. Both physician's sit down and take their time with you. The nurses and very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat. I would highly recommend Ndlovu Women's Health.
