I have been a customer of Hall for over 5 years. They have always worked hard to do a good job. At times they showed a slow response, but they always came through to keep my home warm/cool. They installed an expensive new system and they 100% failed to complete repairs covered by the warranty. Starting on 10/31 I have worked to get someone to my home to repair the system they installed.
