Horrible! This isn’t a second chance program, they get you in there just to run your credit, never let you test drive a car, pretend they’re helping you, then tell u they can’t help you. I was promised a $50 gift card if I came in, but when I mentioned it I was told they didn’t know what I was talking about. I never saw any cars never even looked in one. Healing from surgery and they still had me come in for an approval that was NOT valid. Left without a vehicle. Biggest waste of time recently especially when you add in the 6 hour round trip bus ride.
