Performed tests based on warranty information, reviewed results with me an informed me that they could do more if wanted to pay for a full diagnostics as they couldn't see any issues.
Just picked up my RAM 3500 and drove 50 miles home and paid $16 in tolls. Hall forgot to put my transmission dipstick back in. Now I get to drive 100 miles round trip and pay $32 in tolls for their mistake.
I went there yesterday because the seatbelt in my Jeep would not contract so I could not put the baby car seat in the car. I talked to the service man and he came and looked at it and told me they would have to take the whole seat off and it would be 100 or $200. I then went to the Southern Jeep dealership on Western Branch boulevard and the service tech looked at it and fixed it within 30 seconds for free!!!!!!
