their communication with customers is very bad, they can't process customer refunds correctly, and the general manager (Brett winteny) hung up on me and treated me like crap, I was a all time customer and servicing with them all 6 of my Acuras but I will be finding another dealer after this disappointing experience

I was very impressed with my experience at Hall Acura! I made an appointment to look at a MDX. Devin greeted me at the door and had a car pulled around waiting on me. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I took my husband back the next day, and once again Devin had the car waiting for us. We loved the MDX and decided to purchase it.
