1.Dealerships Not Trust Worthy, Tried to sell A LoJack device which the Car already had on it. 2. Finance manager Told me that I HAD TO BUY THE, 5 in 1 Combo Coverage Package when I could have bought the 3 in 1 Combo at a Lower price. 3. Dealerships wanted me to sign over my rebate with no compensation for me. 4. Finance Manager told me to apply for the return of my Gap Insurance after I refinanced my car; To later be told that Honda Financial would not be returning the $*** dollars I paid for my gap insurance. 5. I filled out the car gurus information and financing portion; I went out of my way to make it there yesterday to test drive the vehicle. I was told I would be emailed numbers to consider which never happened. I texted and was even ignored on the website chat when I mentioned the vehicle. I’m pre-approved with cash in hand but have been ignored multiple times as a customer. I tried every form of communication to buy the specific vehicle. Pretty sure they’re just looking to price gouge someone else.

The dealer responded immediately when messaged regarding the vehicle. Communication after that point was basically non-existent. Not sure how they do business this way.

Started the process of buying this vehicle spending the entire day there and the next morning an hour after they open they sold the van
