Had an excellent experience with the team here...my grandparents were buying a car for the first time in over ten years and were unsure of what they wanted, having never been Acura owners. I want to give a special thank you to Devin, who was more than patient throughout this process and did everything in his power to make this process as smooth as possible. Service here is extremely slow.They do not offer loaner vehicles while you wait.They lie about how long it will take you vehicle's service needs.We will never return to this location.Highly disappointed
I dislike the fact the refuse to honor the USAA discounts. If you arent going to honor them dont contract with USAA.
