I had a great experience talking with Sheldon Watson about the best features of the Acura MDX. I was sold on the vehicle but they didn't have the color I wanted. I was able to find and purchase an 2015 Acura MDX(Green Metallic)but with a different Dealer because of lack of selection in color for the model vehicle I wanted. Sheldon sold me on the MDX so well that I waited a few weeks to see if any would be available in the selective colors I wanted. I brought my 2004 Acura TL back to Hall Acura NNews for the annual state inspection. I was greeted by Mr. James Bland. He and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle as well as let me know the results of their multi-point inspection results. The place was very clean and presentable. The waiting area was stocked with complimentary coffee, snacks, and water. I appreciate the charging station for electronics. Overall, I had a very nice experience. Thanks, Mr. JB!

This is the 2nd Acura I have purchased in 1 year. Everyone was super friendly but I need to talk about 1 person. My salesman John privett was beyond helpful. He really looked out for me as a female going in alone to buy a vehicle. He is a wonderful asset for hall to have and as long as my family is in va we will only purchase from him because he is an honest and caring person.

I had my vehicle serviced on October 25, 2017. James Bland was my service advisor. He explained the process and was able to get me out in a reasonable period of time. The waiting room accommodations were comfortable and allowed me to work easily while I waited. Mr. Bland's professionalism reflects greatly on Hall Acura and ensures I will return for my future service needs.

I had a surprise when I when I brought my 2017 RDX ( which I love!) in for it's first oil change today. Derrick Nichols in the service department said it was too early and I should wait and bring it in in another 6 months instead! I was so surprised by their honesty. I mentioned that I think the tires lost a few lbs of Nitrogen pressure, and he told me to wait 5 min and he filled them. Trust in service is priceless. Thank you!
