Great experience at Hfx Tire & Oil. The team was professional, honest, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and got the job done on time. Pricing was fair and transparent. Definitely recommending them and will be back for future service.
Very friendly and helpful staff
We had hit a pothole after a long day & had a flat tire. We forgot to put the ebrake on & had the car slide forward while changing over the tire, & I personally had no idea what to do! So when we called an uber to go home, Mohammadali (his name on the uber app) was our driver. He helped us in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say you guys have gained a customer! Shout out to him for saving our night
Called to get my fuel pump fixed, they said they could do it. Once I brought the car in, they told me then they cant actually fix it, but can look at it and tell me whats wrong. Told me I need to get a Fuel Pump Module, no actual part number given. I called them to confirm I was getting the right part, they told me to email them the part. They have not responded to my email and now its been days that I've been waiting on to order this part while my car remains undrivable. Tired of this and will not be coming back. We were greeted friendly, we got a reasonable quote, we could get an appointment just a couple of days out, that they use an adequate text messaging system for. On the day of the appointment they were friendly again. They have a nice, cozy and comfortable waiting room that you can use.
