Absolutely the worst office ever. Takes hours from your appointment time to be seen. The younger receptionist at the desk is wonderful and very polite and friendly however the office manager is very rude and you can sometimes hear her in the waiting room complaining and I noticed they put cameras in recently which I thought weren't allowed and they don't have any signage stating so patients are aware. I'll be glad when my doctor leaves.
The experience with our doctor was very thorough. The experience with the clinic sucks. You wait months to see someone, make arrangements to be there for your scheduled time, the secretary routinely says things are on time, and then you proceed to wait more than an hour beyond your scheduled time. What is the point of scheduling all these people for appointments if there is no ability to stick to them? I would rather wait longer to see the doctor, and have my appointment time be kept, than have to explain to my employer that... read more
Terrible Terrible Terrible that's all I can say. Avoid
I will not be going back to Doctor Szudek. I came to her with my 10 year old child with various concerns including POTS and EDS and an autoimmune disorder she has been diagnosed with. She dismissed us and barely checked any of the symptoms. She asked if she could perform a vaginal exam. What?!!!! Absolutely appalled at her dismissal of symptoms and lack of modern knowledge of various conditions. Please consider a different paediatrician for your child.
If I could give a rating of zero stars I would, however the lowest option is 1 so that's what I'm leaving. Here is why: - They are never on time. We literally wait between 2-4 hours past our appointment time to be seen every single appointment. Yet they will charge you a late fee if you're held up in traffic for five minutes. - Phone call appointments are even worse, because not only do you wait 3+ hours, sometimes they simply don't even call. - They rarely answer the phone, and the receptionist is rude.
