Dr. Hayman’s behaviour has been consistently unprofessional in my experience. The strong push to purchase expensive supplements without clear explanation was saddening. I am a patient of Dr. Hayman’s and she has been a great source of knowledge to help me navigate how to best care for myself when my GP is not approachable. She has been able to advise me of tests I need and also put my mind at ease for some other minor ailments. I would recommend her, or her colleagues at this clinic, especially if you need supplementary healthcare in an otherwise very unreliable public health system.

Dr. Hayman’s behaviour has been consistently unprofessional in my experience. In response to my review I received massive pushback via a lengthy, and rather condescending email. I waited a year to post my review as I took the months prior to focus on my health. I didn’t follow up with Hayman’s office per the advice of other medical professionals I was working with. The advice and direction I was given by Dr. Hayman damaged my psyche deeply. I’ve been to many naturopaths and had great success in the past. In response to my review I received defensiveness and pettiness in return via email. I waited a year only to post my review after taking the past 9 months to focus on my health and I didn’t follow up per the suggestions of other medical professionals I was working with. I saw Dr. Nadia Tymoshenko, they listened to my concerns and did an assessment. However, the charges are unreasonable. The assessment cost $295, exceeding my insurance's 'reasonable and customary charges' and only $176 was covered. The entire visit was an hour and I did not get any followup about whether they received my blood work from my family doctor.
