TERRIBLE place, I will now always avoid the name Steele. My experience there has been and always will be the worst at any dealership. The sold me something they hid was a piece of junk, there repairs that they do never last (kinda scammy) they take advantage of people, they are absolutely a nightmare to talk to once they have sold you something. BUYERS BEWARE! they are not good people or a good dealership!
Jason Jumani made the experience perfect. No one is more pleasant or efficient than Jason. Have purchased twice with Jason and both times were excellent.
Do not bring your vehicle to Steele Halifax for repairs. I spent thousands of dollars on repairs to try and fix up my 2018 Ram 1500. Vibration at highway speed was not repaired. Touch screen freezing and resetting was not repaired and in fact made worse where it would freeze but not reset. Drivers heated seat was not working. This is still not working correctly as it’s barely warm. They also "fixed" my AC but I guess I'll find out this summer if that's true or not.
