We lived here for a year and had persistent issues with cockroaches and bedbugs. Despite ongoing treatments for 6–7 months (for each treatment, we had to empty all kitchen drawers and shelves and stay out of the unit for 6–7 hours every week), the problem was never fully resolved. The management office staff have zero customer service skills. While I understand they may be well-intentioned, if you don’t like working with people, you shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role.
