Office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Lived in the building for over 2 years and only moved due to work. Pool and gym were very useful as well.
Please repair the gym equipments that have been out of service since months Edit - they did finally repair, on top of it they added some new equipments too, cheers! But also the fact that they literally took months to repair the air conditioning (it was peak summer) :)
Worst management office. They do not care about residents and cleanliness at all. Construction noise has been disturbing since a year but they do not do anything.
I reported the dirty water coming out of the cold water pipe, which had stained my white towels. I was very grateful to the staff for their early inspection the next morning. They confirmed that the dirty water wasn't a plumbing issue, but rather a result of construction work at the water company. They provided me with some effective solutions to reduce the dirty water, which I'm currently implementing. The cold water is now working properly. However, my poor white towels were beyond saving.
