I had a very pleasant experience. I suggest checking your booking confirmation early, since there are quite a few medications you may need to stop taking before your appointment and a few questions about your medical history to complete. Dr. Clark and the nurse who took care of me were very kind and professional. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Overall, it was a very good experience.
So far so good for this place. Don't trust Google maps to get you here by foot. I am in the waiting room, and Google maps says it's still a 4 minute walk. I'd don't think Google maps understands the concept of elevators and 3D spaces in cities.
If you set up an appointment 3 days ahead but you needed me to be off my allergy medication for 5 days then don't criticize me, your system screwed that up. I did the poke test and felt there was an agenda by the doctor. I really did not appreciate giving me grief for not being off my allergy medication for the required days and then being questioned when I said all I could do was 3 days since by the offices insistance I had to take an appointment booked on Friday for Monday. Great service and very kind people, from the receptionist to the physician (Dr. Pascale Clark) and the technician. Super friendly and very professional. Highly recommended!
Met with Dr LaCuesta after a lovely warm welcome from the reception staff. Dr. LaCuesta was informative, patient as I asked questions and tried to convey my symptoms. I truly appreciated her ability to actively listen to my concerns and work together towards an inclusive care plan. This is one of the best clinics I’ve worked with and highly recommend their team.
