Let's start at the beginning. The original neighborhood joint was opened in April of 1994 in Snider Plaza, Dallas. It was not a seafood restaurant, but a coffee bar called Michele's Coffee Bar and Cafe. Bill Bayne was a regular breakfast customer at this little coffee shop in Snider Plaza. He thought the place would make a great oyster bar and asked the owner if he would be willing to sell the restaurant. Love the new location. The old one was too small and was so packed wait times could be over an hour. Great seafood in the Plano area.
1st time ..... catfish was great, fried hard and seasoned perfectly. Tyler provided excellent customer service and was very attentive. I’ll be back. 👍🏽

over Worked Wait Staff!! The Attention is NOT there We waited Way to long in between interactions with our Extremely Polite Waitress! Positive Side She was Outstanding when She Interacted with us, but huge gaps between interactions.
