Very disappointed in the service provided. The guy and lady who helped me were very unfriendly and rude. Also was not impressed with my nails... did a very poor job.

Finished product, or job says it all. I saw someone nails, and they looked so beautiful, and real. I had to find out who did her nails. "Serenity Nails" she said. Other than them taking pride in their work, they really listen to how you like it to look, and they take their time with you.Great job Serenity Nail in Ames....Keep up the great work.
I have lived in Ames for 5 years and Serenity is by far the best nail salon in town. I would recomend it to anyone.
