I've been bringing my "baby" to Haley for years and they great me, explain everything to me and have great customer service! It's five stars all the way!
Brought my Jeep in for the first and last time to this dealership. Made an appointment online and checked the box for someone to call about the upcoming service. No call. Dropped vehicle off in morning. Service advisor called me at that point to clarify service to be performed. Said vehicle would be ready later that afternoon. After my third attempt I spoken to different person that said vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following day. Always have reasonable availability, personable staff and prompt servicing. Also, very happy they offer the carwashing service again!!!
We had to order a 2500 form them since no dealer in Virginia had a truck with a manual trans. They are the only one who did not try and sell an auto trans to us instead. They managed to get us what we wanted despite the Dodge website, which is not well designed and not very helpful as far as explaining options. We were able to tell them what features we wanted and that is exactly what we got.

Had to take my town and country to a Chrysler dealership to run diagnostic test to see why my airbag light. Hr or so later test was over and they fixed the problem right then and there. Best $108 I've spent in awhile.
My experience is always excellent. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Haley and I can't be more happier!!!
