They received my 2008 durango from haley toyota to do some warranty work. Had my durango for two weeks. "Waiting on parts" if it wasn't for toyota management I wouldn't have my durango back yet, also my light bar was hanging on by one bracket and my gas was almost completely empty. Again thanks to Hailey toyota service management for fixing my light bar. Haley dodge isn't worth it.
The customer service was outstanding. I found the car I wanted, I was given a fair price for the car I traded in, and the whole process took about 3 hours. That is amazing when buying a car.
I've brought my vehicle in twice for squeaky brakes and nothing has been done to fix it. The first time I was told the guys in the shop couldn't get them to squeak and the next time I was told nothing.
Dropped my truck off Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment. Drove past Monday around 11 and my truck was still not in the bay. Called at 230 no one answered. Called at 3 and it still was not done. Was told it will be done by closing and someone would call to give me an update. 7pm service is closed and no one called. Now I am without my truck until some time tomorrow. Going to start getting all my service done at TNT auto on Williamsburg rd.
I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at this dealership. I will only be servicing my Jeep here from now on. Excellent costumer service!

Love the online appointment capability! I used it to arrange for recall service (airbag) one recent evening. The service department called the next day to confirm that they had the parts. I asked if the work would be done in about 2 hours as indicated on my recall notice and was assured that it would. As it happened, I showed up about half hour early and they took my vehicle in right away and were done before my original appointment time!
