I had an appointment last weds at 8 am. So I dropped my car off the night before. I just got my car back. The work was all done today. I know they have had issues with employees but I was without our vehicle for 5 days. They did not even offer a discount oil change coupon or anything. The 5 days I was without a vehicle cost me. Since the work was covered by dodge they got paid. I was without a vehicle for 5 days. I would not recommend the service department.
RecommendedWent for recall on my Jeep rear suspension. Only took 2 hrs. Happy lady here.
Recently bought a Grand Cherokee Summit from Sheldon Hogan. Sheldon is very personable and I felt he had our interests in mind. He made the buying experience very pleasant, even though the finance procedure was a little time consuming....but it always is, right? My wife and I would highly recommend Sheldon if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Purchased my Jeep Patriot in Feb 2017... no problems... really not what I had in mind but Jason worked extra hard to get me in that car. Now it fits me & I'm pleased. Took it to Haley for oil change & wash... it took 2 hours! Finally, the clerk decides to get my car & bring it to the service bay BEFORE the guy finished washing it... no clue why..
