Used rusted rotors and parts were used on my vehicle! And the problem I brought my vehicle in for still exists after paying over $1200 for the repairs. I was taken advantage of because I'm a female!
UNPROFFESIONAL! I scheduled an appointment to have (4) recalls addressed & to have a diagnostic performed on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. I, in depth, explained to the service advisor of my problems, to then be given the peace of mind that they would diligently diagnose my vehicle. I paid a tow service $100 to deliver my vehicle. Terrible experience in service department. Charged me $115 to tell me what wrong isn’t covered by the warranty I was previously sold and told that everything was covered. Don’t go here!
Brought Jeep in under warranty. Gave them the OBD code and problems we are having. We got a generic text it was ready. Upon pick up not one person was going to let us know that nothing was done. Savanna was rude and unhelpful. Service manager said out right Chrysler wasn’t going to pay them to figure it out?? I feel because it was warranty work vs us paying out of pocket they didn’t care. Thanks for leaving us with a unsafe wrangler.
Do what you tell your customer you are going to do. And if you can't do it, at least be honest about why.
First error code took it in they misdiagnosed it. Without car for 2 weeks for passive entry system error. Took it in Monday for tire pressure monitoring system needs service. Picked it up last night and the error is back within 24 hours. Service people seem like they don’t want to be there. Although Tracy who I made my appt through was great! After changing the tire on I 95, I Googled jeep ram dealers and your dealership was the closest one. I called, had it verified that the tire was in stock, and was told I can bring the truck right in and it would be taken care of quickly. Get kid of new service manager - Rob? Hire new mechanics that know what they are doing.
Last year I bought a used Toyota. It was a “As is” vehicle with a good amount of miles. This year it took it to get inspected and it was discovered that there was a large hole in the frame from Rust! Haley inspected and gave it a state inspection sticker prior to sale. Either their text have no idea what they’re doing, or they knowingly sold me a paperweight. The sales manager said “ you bought a car with a bunch of miles on it what do you want me to do about it”. Avoid this dealership, and go to a honest one
