We were just driving around on a Saturday thinking about the possibility of getting a new car. We happened to stop at Haldemen Ford Lincoln to check things out. Kevin, a salesman, came to talk to us and showed us the car we were interested in and was really knowledgeable in all aspects of the car. After a test drive and some negotiations we came to an agreement that we liked. The only down side was a cap to the charging port that popped off when I opened it. Still waiting to hear about when it will come in to be fixed.
I bought my 2013 Ford Escape at Haldeman Ford over a year ago and take it back there for service and I am treated like family. I like that in a dealership.
I bought my first FORD - an Escape - in 2004 and put 188,000 miles on it. Always had great service through Haldeman Ford. Now I'm putting miles on my new 2016 Ford Escape also purchased through Haldeman. Just had our first service. As a female I've always hated bringing my car in for service...till now. Service is outstanding, prices competitive and people are friendly! Thanks HF!
I purchased my Ford Focus from Gilboy Ford in Allentown and unfortunately, they sold me a lemon. At only 2 years old, my Focus has been back in the dealer over a dozen times for the same transmission issue. Their customer service has been absolutely horrible and for the amount of time and money lost due to them not willing to work with me for appointment times, etc. has been a total nightmare. I decided to move my business to Haldeman Ford and so far, their service department has been wonderful!

First time buyer at Haldeman. Was very pleased with all the staff from moment I entered the door. Very nice staff and no 'high pressure' sales-listened to my needs and preferences and helped me get the best car for my needs. My husband uses the service department and has been pleased with his experiences so I am expecting the same good service on my new vehicle!
