Scheduling was easy. I got an appointment quickly. No surprises regarding cost. I was made aware of rebates which helps due to financially being on a budget. Good overall experience from start to finish.

I have dealt with a number of dealerships in the Lehigh Valley and never went back to them for various reasons. Again I looked around for another one and I decided to try Haldeman I have purchased four vehicles from them and have been very happy with all but one (the wife loved it but it was just too small for me). The service manager Pete has been the most helpful person that I have had the pleasure of working with.
