I experienced nothing but professionalism while dealing with Mike in service. I am from Wisconsin and while visiting family in Pennsylvania my navigation system quit working. Bought a brand new car here three months ago. That process was great, thanks Luke. Got a flat tire today and guess what, have to buy a new tire for new car. Haldeman Service fit me in, and got it fixed. So much for customer service Ford. Wondered why I didn’t buy Ford products after last experience. Now I remember why! Won’t be recommending anyone buy a Ford Escape!
My wife and I had one of the best car buying experiences with Frank DeChristopher in October. Purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox and had no issues until December. Started using large quantities of oil. Took it in for service and had another great experience with Mike Klement. After checking for leak he informed us that it was a Chevy issue. He then looking into it and found GM had a warranty on the problem, they took the vehicle to Scott had the problem fixed picked it up washed it and we were good to go! Thanks again!!
The managers are worthless. Here is an update. I was called by the manager Jerry who asked me what I could do to help this review. All I asked was him to put on an x pipe and exaust I had already ordered he responded with saying he would give me 2 free oil changes something that ciocca has as a standard when buying a new car from them. I will not be purchasing here again. They don't meet you half way on an task that doesn't cost them anything.
Disappointed in service dept. Scheduled appointment for 7/31 for a check engine light. Dropped vehicle at 7:30 am and heard nothing all day. Called service dept after 4:30 only to find out the mechanic was now calling around looking for the part for my car. Apparently my vehicle sat there in excess of 8 hours with nobody working on it. Would have made more sense to put on the computer first thing in the morning knowing the vehicle is an older model and parts may not be readily available. About your service Dept. I am a small, local business. My van broke down on the way to a show at which I was setting up my vendor booth. It was towed to Haldeman Ford. I was happy at the time as I had had wonderful service from other Ford dealers. Dealers that went out of their way for the small business owner. At Haldeman I was met with a total disregard and tone of unimportance. Service was great but smelled like sewage while i waited for my vehicle. Might want to get that checked out.
