If at this time I could give them negative stars I would. My husband & I have stopped there recently. With plans to hopefully test drive a vehicle. We walked around the lot for at least 20 minutes. Which was fine. We go inside to find someone to talk to. The men behind the desk in the back just looked over at us & looked away. Not once did they or anyone say can we help you with anything. After weeks of trying to schedule an appointment for service (phone rang and rang, left messages with no return calls) i FINALLY was able to get an appt. We needed a rental and the receptionist said it would take about an hour and a half for standard 1st time servicing. Made it clear there was some time urgency because we were leaving on a trip in the afternoon. Six hours later we picked my vehicle up un-serviced. It sat there all day. Had best car buying experience ever. In large part due to Bill Bailey who's knowledge of cars, response to our car needs, and the entire process was flawless. He took the time to answer our questions respectfully and never talked down to us but facilitated buying our vehicle. Never thought buying a car could be so enjoyable. Other staff were friendly too. Highly recommended.
Be prepared to pay ~10% more than anywhere else and have a sub-par car buying experience. Their website is misrepresenting the actual prices. Find another Ford / Lincoln dealership. They are very good at deceiving, misleading and discretionary denying you Ford rebates or financing offers. There are better and more honest choices out there.
Great dealer, bought 20O2 f 250 diesel lariat, best vehicle I ever had, bought 2012 Lincoln MKX, ok car, terrible ride, the F250 rode better, heck a Donkey rides better, gas mileage stinks, still we like Haldeman, will buy there again!
The purchase experience was relaxed, personable and professional. Our sales person was Larry Perkins who was very knowledgeable of the Explorer and the Dealership offerings. He took extra time reviewing the features of the car and made my Wife very comfortable with the Explorer. He also made it clear that he is available should we have any questions or concerns. I am very pleased with the vehicle and I would recommend buying a car from Haldeman and especially Larry Perkins to my friends.
Greatly appreciated the promptness of the service tech & the complimentary car wash.
