Hairtage – This place is WAYYYY overrated! "Mastercut,etc." is just a line to make you think you're getting pampered. Front desk Ladies need a long course in manners and respect: I would say app. 90% of employees there would drown if they were out in a heavy rain because their noses are stuck up so far in the air! I would prefer to pay for service with a genuine smile, and employees that actually care about what you desire out of your service, not how much their gratuity will amount to. love it I have been coming here for about a year i love my stylist andrea and i have also done the day package and all of it was the most relaxing thing i have ever done the massage the facial the lunch they provided was sooo good ! i ahve nothing but glowing things to say i have seen none of the bad comments made on here
ANONOYMOUS I went to the spa before Christmas. the massage was wonderful, but I feel they need to redo their front help...I felt I was in a teenage shop, and when I got to the counter, they didn't even bother to look up at me...or say I'll be with you in moment...When you spend this kind of money on a package deal, you expect the best treatment in all areas, not only just the massage (Joanna was great)..
AWESOME My best friend came from Illinois for a "GIRLFRIEND's" Weekend. We had a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.. It was FANTASTIC!!!. We were pampered and felt like QUEENS.. I can't wait till our GIRLFRIEND's Weekend next year!!!! Thanks Hairtage for helping me show her a GREAT time!!!
very nice Hairtage is just beautiful inside. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I have had pedicures, massages, waxes and several haircutts and colors at Hairtage. I have never been dissappointed. A luxurious place to be pampered~
Wonderful Experience I visit Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune often. If I'm there more than a couple days, I always visit the Hairtage Day Spa. The staff excels at customer service. They have pampering down to an art form. Their masseuse is second to none. Prices are in line with others in the state.
pampered queen I had a massage done here and it was fantastic! The workers are very nice too. Although it is expensive, you feel like a queen being pampered there. It smells great and the building is beautiful. Parking can be a problem if they are busy, and they stay open a little later than most which helps a great deal if you work.
Great place I had a spa package that included a swedish massage, manicure and pedicure. The massage was outstanding, very relaxing and felt great. The people were very friendly and helpful. Worth the money spent.
