WARNING! Spoke with an older woman named Sharon. In spite of explaining the fiasco I experienced after the so-called masters ruined my hair, this woman could not comprehend the details I was giving her and is just downright dishonest and refuses to care. Thank God for video, right? Her final words in the conversation I recorded were, "you know you can't slander the salon, right?" Massage junkies, go see Ray :-) I work in a Women's Clinic and some of my coworkers had told they get regular massages with Ray. They actually booked me a massage with him as a birthday present. He was AMAZING! I'm not sure if it was because he was a guy and was stronger, but that was the best massage I've ever had. I now go in once a month to see him. Definitely book with him if he has any openings.
Wonderful massage reccomendation I have been to hairtage quite a few times, i am a regular client there, for MASSAGE. ive seen multiple employees, most of which are no longer there. they do have a high turnover rate i supose. i foud one i liked and rebooked with them, to find out they were no longer there right before my next apt. the staff was friendly and offered their appologies and a discount to try their new therapists savannah. i was hesitant at first because I had never seen her before and i wasnt sure what to expect.... read more
Best Massage Ever!! I am a Doctor in the area and one of my pregnant patients had told me about a Massage Therapist, Ray, they had been going to for a while. This actually wasn't the first time I had heard great things about him. I decided to check into getting a massage by him and made an appointment. Great Massage and Pedicure I was very skeptical about going to Hairtage because of all of the bad reviews. Well I decided to give it a try anyways. I had a WONDERFUL experience. I had a 60 minute full body massage (Briana) and a spa pedicure (Gabrielle). Both employees were very friendly and polite. Briana was very attentive and always asked if the pressure was ok. Horrible Salon! This is, by far, the worst salon I have ever encountered! I got a mani/pedi there the day of my wedding, and they did a horrible job! So bad, that when my husband pulled up to get me, even HE noticed how bad it was. Needless to say, we were both VERY angry! Everyone there is rude! From the front desk to the manager. I believe 'bi*ch' would best describe the women that work there!
good and bad My husband and I have always had good experiences with their massages and pedicures. I have only gone once for a haircut there and will not get another one. I paid for an "expert" stylist, the stylist was only 20 years old... and an "expert". I went ahead with the hair cut, I felt I was probably wrong and I just needed to give her a chance. I will never go there again. This was my 2nd time at Hairtage. The first time I got my nails done and she did a good job. I then thought I should get my hair highlighted and cut. That was the biggest mistake I could have made. My hair color was awful, not once did she offer to redo it when I said something. Then I was told there was no refunds.
