after receiving a hair cut all I could think of was how they would always have something negative to say about the stylist everything she did was wrong to them which is mental abuse and negative reinforcement it was very uncomfortable as a customer and wrong.
The manager mentally abused me for the 3 months that I had the misfortune of working there. They used micromanagement to attempt to control me & turn into something that I was not. Meghan Wicks was only a stylist & she had the audacity or trying to tell me what to do; she also would be extremely rude to me for no reason. Crystal & Michael are the only humane ones that work there (I don't know about the other stylists who haven't came back yet due to COVID-19).
RecommendedEveryone who works here is amazingly talented & very friendly! Lynda is incredible at what she does, & I can only hope to be as skilled as she is one day! 😊 I love working here & am extremely grateful to have this opportunity to be Lynda's assistant. ❤

I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had here a few weeks. Let me first share that I completely recognize that my 3 year old is VERY difficult customer and I hate taking him to get a hair cut as much as I’m sure the person hates cutting his hair. Up until recently we’ve truly appreciated the patience of the staff. However, our last trip the stylist literally walked away in the middle of my son’s cut stating loudly, “I’m done, I’m done, I’m done” and didn’t finish. I am very sorry that this happened and I did speak with the hairdresser. I agree it could have been handled better but the hair dresser was only considered with the child's safety and in hindsight I do agree with your disappointment. We are very sorry, please stop in and ask for Lynda, I would like to try and make this right with you and your son.
I've been going to Hairs To You for over 20 years now. They are the best! Very professional and I am never disappointed.
