I went in with a photo and Video of exactly what I wanted and came out with a disgusting lopsided bowl cut. If you aren't capable of doing a style I should have been informed prior to you picking up the scissors. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. I could have stuck a bowl on my head and got my grandson to cut around it with his craft scissors. I wish this would enable photos to be posted here of my distressing outcome. Where's the 30 yrs experience ? Truly distraught. NEVER AGAIN !
