Brought my dad in for a much needed haircut. Doreen was very helpful in understanding what type of cut he wanted and made friendly conversation and got him in on a walk in basis even though she already had appointments. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Nadine at Hairport 54. She has been coloring and cutting my hair for over twelve years. She also has been cutting both of my kids’ hair since they were little, and also cuts my husband’s hair. Love having Nadine take care of my hair-a very friendly professional! Updated 11/29/24: Nadine has been my stylist for almost 8 years. She is always pleasant, professional, listens to what I am asking for, and focused on providing the best service possible. I would definitely trust her with my young grandkids (even if they were having a bad day!) as well as anyone else I know.
I am a repeat customer and the hair stylist I typically use was not available to cut my 2 boys hair. So we went with Nadine and it was a horrible experience. She was snippy grouchy and overall an unpleasant person to deal with. This is a small community and word gets around fast. I definitely would never recommend her being around kids. She nicked the back of my oldest head twice and managed to make my youngest cry.
